Planned system maintenance

The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources will be performing maintenance of some of its IT applications between 8:00pm (AEDT) Friday 9th December and 1:00am (AEDT) Saturday 10th December.
BICON will be available during this time. However, you may encounter issues when accessing documents (for example: import permits, invoices and receipts) and interacting with financial systems.
The department recommends that you do not attempt to submit permit applications, or pay for previously submitted permit applications during this time.
