Unplanned Service Disruption
Effective 3/09/2021 to 4/09/2021

The Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. This is preventing clients from being able to attach documents to permit applications.

Where possible, clients are advised to avoid using this functionality until services are restored.
