Did you know that you can view the History in BICON to see previous versions of a case? You now also have direct links to any alerts or changes, made during that effective period.
Go to BICON
In Quick Search, enter the name of the case you wish to see.
Select the case.
Under Case details select History
Here you can view all versions of this case, including the current version. You can also access Alerts and Changes associated with this case.
Select the hyperlinkto open the Alert or Change.
You can also access the case as it was on a given date. Select the hyperlink that corresponds with the required date. You will then be able to navigate the import scenario for that Effective period.
