Receive notifications about changes to BICON Cases

Did you know you can keep up to date with import conditions by following a case in BICON? When you follow a case, you will be emailed when there are any changes to that case.
Please refer to the BICON Help Task Card ‘How do I use Case Options and Case details?’ for instructions on how to follow a case, to receive notifications and utilise the Case Options and Case details functions.
