Information: On-arrival requirements for Punica cuttings from a high risk Xylella country
Effective 15 December 2018 to 24 May 2019The following table outlines the on-arrival inspection, treatment and post-entry quarantine requirements that are available for Punica spp. imported into Australian territory from a high risk Xylella fastidiosa country (not imported under an NPPO approved arrangement for X. fastidiosa).

1 Mandatory active testing is in place to screen plants for Xylella fastidiosa. Testing is conducted using two polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests.
