  • produced by large scale operations which are devoted primarily to poultry breeding, and

  • where breeding and selection is solely for traits that aid production of saleable commodities (such as meat and or egg production), and

  • where there are flock records of selection measurables, production, health and vaccination history for over 10 generations, and

  • which have an auditable biosecurity policy.
