  2. Since birth, direct import from Australia or for 180 days immediately preceding export to Australia, the dog has been continually resident in New Zealand.
  3. The dog is not a pure–bred dogo Argentino, fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull, Perro de Presa Canario or Presa Canario.

  4. The dog is not derived from a cross with non-domestic species, such as a wolf.
