These conditions apply to tilapia and milkfish derived from aquaculture facilities which are monitored by the government of the Philippines. They may be used to facilitate the import of whole or processed tilapia or milkfish. These import conditions are generally only used for commercial import as they must be sourced from selected aquaculture facilities and certification is required.

Processed fish from these species may also be able to meet the import conditions for consumer ready fish or fish which have been de-headed, de-gilled, eviscerated.
