Diagnostic test report issued by United Kingdom Potato Quarantine Unit

The diagnostic test report issued by the United Kingdom Potato Quarantine Unit (UKPQU) must certify that the listed plant samples have been tested:

1. For the pathogens of concern using the recommended diagnostic procedures (or equivalent) and found to be negative;
2. By staff assessed as being competent by the testing facility with adequate knowledge and experience in conducting the mandatory tests; and
3. Tested in facilities approved and audited by the NPPO to ensure compliance with procedures to meet Australia's import requirements.

The diagnostic test report must be signed and dated by a UKPQU representative.
