Commercially remanufactured machinery parts

Effective 30 July 2021 to 8 October 2021

Answer Help:

A commercial remanufacturing process may include stripping down of components, high-pressure cleaning, abrasive blasting etc, resulting in the removal of any biosecurity risk material from the commodity. For more information on processes that may meet the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment classification of commercially remanufactured, please contact the Machinery and Military Program.

Please note, only engines, machinery parts or vehicle parts can be classed as commercially remanufactured, for whole pieces of machinery or vehicles they can be classed only as new or used.
