Rationale: Surveys and field inspections for fresh persimmon
Effective 18 March 2020 to 1 July 2022If the option of establishing a pest free area or pest free places of production for persimmon fruit moth is adopted, information on specific surveys and field inspection conducted by the National Plant Protection Organisation during growing season and before harvest, to justify maintenance of pest free status for fresh persimmon productions areas or places must be provided to the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment for consideration prior to the commencement of exports.
