I hereby apply for permission to release the Drosophila spp. described in this form. I fully understand and have complied with the conditions for release from biosecurity control outlined in the import permit conditions. I declare that only progeny of the imported Drosophila spp. will be removed from the facility.

The Drosophila described in the above table have been inspected and found free of parasites (e.g. mites) and pathogens since importation. The stocks were examined under magnification and no evidence of pathogens was detected. No mites or other pests were present in any of the stocks.
