Surveys and field inspections
Effective 14 July 2015 to 15 October 2016If the option of establishing a pest free area or pest free places of production for persimmon fruit moth is adopted, information on specific surveys and field inspection conducted by the National Plant Protection Organisation during growing season and before harvest, to justify maintenance of pest free status for fresh persimmon productions areas or places must be provided to Biosecurity Australia or the Department of Agriculture for consideration prior to the commencement of exports.
