Changes

The non-commodity case in BICON has undergone an internal review.

The review resulted in improvements to the following areas of the case:

• Questions have been updated to assist with navigation through the case.
• Consistency and readability of import conditions.
• Consistency and accuracy of onshore assessment and outcomes.

Please note that the import conditions have not been changed.

Who does this notice affect:

Stakeholders in the import and shipping industries – including vessel masters, freight forwarders, treatment providers, Biosecurity Industry Participants, importers, customs brokers, principal shipping agents, and any other operators in the sea container supply and logistics chain, Pathway Operations Cargo - Assessments and Client Contact Group Canberra.
