Changes

The department has developed new product questionnaires for the following types of goods:

• Animal based flavours and floss
• Cheese from FMD affected countries
• Complementary medicines
• Cooked pig meat
• Cured pig meat
• Dairy
• Finfish (excluding salmon)
• Human therapeutics and medicines
• Microalgae for human consumption or use in human therapeutics
• Prawns
• Salmon
• Starter cultures

Once fully completed, the updated product questionnaires will enable quicker and more efficient assessments. We recommend that individuals submitting documents for permit applications to the department either delete or discontinue using any older versions of the product questionnaires. Instead, please utilise the latest versions available.
