Addition of question help text to Collagen and casings import pathway
Effective from 4 March 2023The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (the department) has updated the BICON case Collagen and casings.
Additional question help text has been added to the case to advise importers of collagen protein powders and supplements, for personal use, that the BICON case ‘Protein powders and supplements for human consumption’ may also be applicable to their goods.
Who does this notice affect:
Personal use importers of collagen protein powders, Pathway Operations Cargo - Assessment and Inspections and the Biosecurity Imports Services Team.
