Changes

Import conditions to facilitate trade in frozen raw kava root and rhizome (whole or sliced) have been published in the Frozen fruit vegetables and herbs for human consumption case. These goods do not require an import permit from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry provided they meet the new import conditions.

Who does this notice affect:
Importers of frozen kava products, brokers, Pathway Operations Cargo - Assessment and/or Inspections.
