New import pathway for unused DNA collection kits
Effective from 1 April 2022A new pathway has been published to clarify the import conditions for unused DNA collection kits for personal use. These goods do not require an import permit for entry into Australia provided they meet each of the new
import conditions
for this class of goods.
Who does this notice affect:
Pathway Operations Cargo – Assessment and Inspections, Importers and Brokers.
Import permits:
Nil impact on current import permits.
