Changes

New import conditions have been applied to cooked seed for human consumption:

• Endorsement of broader cooking methods according to ISMP 32.
• New conditions for retail packaged cooked seeds less than or equal to 5kg per unit with different documentation requirements from those of larger packages.
• Sea and air passengers and mail senders are required to abide by the same import conditions as commercial pathways.

Who does this notice affect:
Importers and brokers of roasted seed for human consumption and departmental staff.
