Changes

The BICON case ‘Processed grain and seed products for use as biodegradable/edible tableware’ has been updated to outline import conditions for biodegradable packaging.

The case name has been changed to ‘Biodegradable and/or edible tableware and packaging’ and the case description has been updated to reflect this. The updates also include the exclusion of these products being used for animal consumption, veterinary therapeutics, fertilisers or bioremedial agents to better reflect the requirements of the Biosecurity (Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods) Determination 2021.

• Pathway Operations Cargo – Assessment and Inspections.
