The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources have reviewed the documentation requirements for the importation of inorganic materials in the Minerals and metal ores rock and sand BICON case (NOT for use in fertiliser, soil conditioner or potting mix)

What has changed?

Documentation requirements have been refined

What does this mean for my imports?

Importers have reduced documentation requirements for the department to assess the consignment.

If suitable documentation cannot be provided, the goods will be subject to inspection.
