Changes

The Australian Government has reviewed the biosecurity risks and import conditions for lateral flow test kits on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). These goods will no longer require an import permit for entry into Australia provided they meet each of the new import conditions for this class of goods.

Who does this notice affect:
Pathway Operations Cargo – Assessment and Inspections, Importers and Brokers.

Import permits:
Current import permits will not be updated to reflect this change.
