Logs, log cabins and oversize timber

Effective from 7 September 2021

Import conditions relating to the Canadian Sawn Wood Certification Program (CSWCP) have been updated to reflect the production and importation of CSWCP timber during the current 2021-2022 BMSB season. The updates reflect the certification requirements needed for CSWCP timber to be eligible for the department’s BMSB safeguarding arrangements scheme.

The list of accredited facilities has also been updated on advice from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Please see the BICON cases for a list of facilities participating in the CSWCP and the associated AEI codes.
