Dried vegetables for human consumption

Effective from 13 February 2020

The department is incorporating dried onions onto the Compliance-Based Intervention Scheme (CBIS). This change is scheduled to take effect from the 13 February 2020.

What does this mean for my imports?

  • consignments of dried onions may become eligible for risk-based intervention once a number of consecutive inspection passes has been achieved.
