Effective from 25 July 2018What has changed?
The Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non-Prohibited Goods) Determination 2016 has been amended to include cooked pastries in the cooked biscuits, cooked breads and cooked cakes entry. The legislative changes are effective from 25 July 2018.
The BICON case for Cooked biscuits, cooked breads and cooked cakes has been amended accordingly. No other changes have been made to the import conditions.
