Changes

Import conditions in the ‘Permitted plant fibres’ BICON case have been reviewed and the following refinements have been made:

• The category of ‘Sterilisation’ in the List of approved commercial manufacturing processes has been updated. The update clarifies that fumigation, such as methyl bromide fumigation and sulfuryl fluoride fumigation, is not an acceptable chemical treatment to achieve sterilisation.
