Changes

Following changes to the Logs, log cabins and oversize timber BICON case on 25 July, 2018, an error in the case was found where no import permit pathway was present for myrtaceous timber (with dimensions applicable for assessment using this BICON case) that has not undergone a pre-approved treatment. This current change adds this import permit pathway into the BICON case to align it the requirements for myrtaceous species with non-myrtaceous species.
