What's Changed?

The department has updated the ‘Hemp seed and hemp products’ BICON case to clarify what the department considers as processed seed and clarify the onshore outcomes for processed seed. We have also aligned the import conditions for products containing cannabis as an ingredient with the ‘Breakfast cereals, muesli bars, uncooked bread, pasta and meal/flour mixes for human consumption’ BICON case.
