Following review of some Community Protection (CP) profile questions related to the above BICON cases, it was determined that further clarity should be provided around what the department deems as ‘appropriate documentation’, which is a term referenced in some CP questions.
The affected BICON cases will now contain an information notice to assist brokers and importers in determining what is accepted as ‘appropriate documentation’.
