It is the importer's responsibility to ensure that imported biological materials and any directly or indirectly obtained derivatives are used in accordance with relevant requirements of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and/or Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
