Definition:
Seed lot is defined as:
A number of units of a single commodity, identifiable by its homogeneity of composition, origin etc., forming part of a consignment.
The seed lot can be:
Seed harvested from one crop, or
A blend of seed of the same cultivar harvested from different paddocks on the same farm, or
A blend of lots of the same cultivar from different farms (only with permission from the certification authority).
