Effective from 24 December 2018The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources have updated the definitions for infectious agents and microorganisms in the BICON case Microscope slides.

Background
The definitions for infectious agents and microorganism in the case for Microscope slides did not align with the definitions in the Biosecurity (Prohibited and Conditionally Non prohibited Goods) Determination 2016.
