On 14 March 2025, the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry will consolidate the BICON case 'Military Working Dogs' into the new 'Goods for Military use' BICON case.

What will change:

• The Military Working Dogs case will no longer be available as its own case in BICON.
• The import conditions and the import permit application for this commodity will be available as a pathway in the new BICON case ‘Goods for Military use’.

There will be no changes to the import conditions for Military Working Dogs.

Stakeholders including importers of Military Working Dogs, approved arrangements, brokers and departmental staff.
