Upcoming changes for fresh produce that have passed in-transit cold treatment
Effective from 26 January 2022The department will be publishing updated import conditions for fresh produce that have 'passed' in-transit cold treatment. This will include the removal of the inspection to verify that secure seals remain intact.
There will be additional changes within the conditions to assist department staff, including notes added to questions for in-transit cold treatment for fresh produce.

- Fresh kiwifruit for human consumption
- Fresh pomelo, tangelo, tangor and grapefruit/pomelo hybrids for human consumption
- Fresh longan and lychee for human consumption
- Fresh pome fruit for human consumption
- Fresh mandarins and tangerines for human consumption
- Fresh persimmons for human consumption
- Fresh grapes for human consumption
- Fresh whole pomegranates for human consumption
- Fresh lemons for human consumption
- Fresh limes for human consumption
- Fresh oranges for human consumption
- Fresh dates for human consumption
- Fresh stone fruit for human consumption
