Changes to import conditions for Allium spp. for use as nursery stock
Effective from 26 October 2020The purpose of this Alert is to advise that the import conditions for all Allium spp. imported for use as nursery stock (including bulbs) have changed.
All permitted Allium spp. imported as nursery stock (including bulbs) will now be subject to import conditions listed in the BICON case for Xylella fastidiosa hosts for use as nursery stock.

Who does this change affect:
Importers of Allium spp. as nursery stock (including bulbs), customs brokers, and department staff.
