Notification of new production and audit questionnaires for plant-based animal feed

Effective from 2 October 2020

The purpose of this notification is to advise of arrangements for using new and old production and audit questionnaires when applying to import plant-based animal feed.

On 17 September 2020 we released new production and audit questionnaires as part of a suite of new and updated resources for animal feed importers.

If you had already started an application using the old version of these questionnaires, you can still submit these to us with your application by COB Friday 27 November 2020. Applications received with the old questionnaires after this date will not be accepted.

Please note that submitting the old versions could result in your application being delayed as we may need to collect additional information.

If you are starting a new application, please use the new production and audit questionnaires available on our website.
