Questionnaires for cured pig meat and cooked pig meat for human consumption

Effective from 11 September 2020

The Animal and Biological Imports Branch has developed questionnaires for cured pig meat and cooked pig meat for human consumption. These documents are to be submitted by applicants to support their import permit applications for the following goods:

  • cured pig meat for human consumption

  • cooked pig meat for human consumption.

Applicants are required to provide the questionnaire, completed and signed by the importer, in support of their permit application.
