Case Description
This case describes the requirements for the importation of herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, fertilisers, bioremediation products, enzymes and other goods for environmental or industrial purposes. Goods have an environmental purpose when they are imported for localised or unrestricted dispersal through the environment. Goods have an industrial purpose when they are imported to be used in manufacturing, construction or processing. Examples of goods with an industrial purpose include glues, waterproofing or ropemaking agents and mining compounds.
