Case Overview

This case describes the requirements for the importation of baits, lures, attractants and poisons for agricultural or domestic use, that are in a commercially prepared and packaged form i.e. in a fully finished, retail ready form which negates the need for further processing and/or packaging prior to commercial sale to the end user. This includes products that are designed to attract animals for hunting.
