This case describes the requirements for the importation of Solanaceous produce for human consumption including tomato, tamarillos, tomatillos, eggplant, pear melon and cape gooseberries. Glasshouse/greenhouse grown and field grown produce can be imported under these conditions. Refer to the relevant BICON case for Fresh capsicum, chillies and peppers for human consumption.
