Case Overview

This case describes the requirements for the importation of brassicaceous seed for sprouting or micro-greens for production, including Brassica rapa, Eruca vesicaria and Raphanus sativus (and their synonyms). Sprouting or micro-green production must occur at an approved arrangement site prior to release from biosecurity control.
