Case Overview

This case describes the requirements for the importation of microorganisms and infectious agents for in vitro use or in vivo use in laboratory organisms. Note that import conditions in this case are also applicable to primary derivatives e.g. antigens, proteins, genetic material. Secondary derivatives e.g. antibodies, are not permitted under these import conditions.
