Case Overview

This case describes import conditions for fresh or frozen meat and includes: jerky and biltong (including bakkwa), pâté and foie gras, meat from New Zealand, chicken meat, cooked duck meat, bovine meat and crocodile meat. Please note that if you are importing a composite product, you must search BICON for each individual ingredient to determine the conditions that apply.
