Case Description
This case describes the requirements for the importation of lollies and sweets that are solid and have the same consistency throughout (e.g. toffees, fudge, boiled sweets, peppermints, marshmallows, liquorice etc.) for human consumption only.
This case does not apply to biscuits, breads, cakes, chocolate, dairy desserts, spreads or drinks. Please refer to the Dairy products for human consumption BICON case.
