Case Overview

This case describes the requirements for the importation of meals ready to eat (MRE’s) for human consumption only. MRE’s include shelf stable ready to eat meals for the personal use of international military and rescue, shelf stable ready to eat meals returning with the Australian defence forces or government sponsored rescue taskforces from overseas operations, and shelf stable ready to eat meals for commercial sale.
