This case applies to fully preserved plant pathogens (e.g. spores, culture samples, infected plant parts other than seeds) and nucleic acid (DNA, cDNA, RNA) extracted from plant pathogens such as viruses, viroids, fungi, stramenopiles, and bacteria imported for in vitro use only.
