Fish viscera for human consumption Alerts

This case describes the requirements for the importation of fish viscera for human consumption only, including fish maw. Fish maw can also be referred to as the swim bladder, gas bladder or air bladder of a fish. Fish viscera includes all other internal organs of the fish processed to any level. Bony fish and cephalopods for bait or fish food

This case describes the requirements for the importation of bony fish and cephalopods that have been sourced for the purpose of commercial fishing or use as feed in aquaculture systems. Bony fish includes any member within taxonomic group ‘Osteichthyes’, and excludes sharks and rays. Cephalopods include octopus, squid, cuttlefish and nautilus.
