Maize for human consumption or processing Alerts

This case describes the requirements for import of bagged and containerised whole raw maize kernels, corn seeds, maize grits, broken corn and degermed maize kernels for human consumption or further processing into either food such as popped corns or for alcohol production. The goods must be commercially prepared and packaged. Maize grits or broken corn may range in size from granules less than 3mm or degermed kernels or granules greater than 3mm, but less than full kernels.
