Noodles for human consumption

This case describes the requirements for the importation of noodles for human consumption only. This case may include items such as pasta, spaghetti, egg noodles, commercially packaged noodles or instant noodles. Please note that this case applies to noodles derived from plant material only and noodles containing egg. If you are importing a composite product that includes ingredients other than egg, you must search BICON for each individual ingredient to determine the conditions that apply. For food products including pasta and noodles containing equal to or greater than 10% egg (excluding meat) refer to the BICON case Egg and egg products for human consumption. This case describes the requirements for the importation of fish viscera and fish oil for human consumption only, including fish maw. Fish maw is the swim bladder, gas bladder or air bladder of a fish which has undergone a drying stage. Fish viscera includes all other internal organs of the fish as well as swim bladders that have not been dried.
