This case describes the requirements for the importation of fish viscera for human consumption only, including fish maw. Fish maw is the swim bladder, gas bladder or air bladder of a fish which has undergone a drying stage. Fish viscera includes all other internal organs of the fish as well as swim bladders that have not been dried.
